Shipping and Return Policy

  • All products purchased from our website are for final sale and are non-returnable/non-refundable.
  • In the exception case that you have received the incorrect product(s) or damaged items. Please contact our Customer Care which will assist you with your return request within (3) business days.
  • All products must be returned to us unused and with all tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice. We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s), with the exception of delivery and return charges.
  • Refunds take from 14 to 21 days to be processed.
  • Refunds get processed according to your original payment method (Card, Tabby, Tamara, etc.) or through Bank Transfer.
  • Please note that if a customer requests to cancel an order during shipping, or returns an order after it has been shipped for any reason, a 5% administrative fee will be applied and deducted from the total order value.

    This fee covers the administrative and logistical costs associated with the cancellation or return.

Duration:

  • Inside Riyadh 1 to 3 Days (Excluding Weekends and Official Holidays)
  • Outside Riyadh 3 to 5 Days (Excluding Weekends and Official Holidays)
